Enter your current weight with a date. With every further entry a history builds up so you can follow your development.
The app calculates your body mass index automatically from your height and your most recently recorded weight. You maintain your height and the units in the Settings under “Personal data”.
On the home screen you see your weight trend as a chart – so you spot the trend at a glance.
You can choose between kilograms (kg) and pounds (lb). The setting applies to weight and BMI alike.
